Cassidi was interviewed by WYFF Friday night at the football game to be on the WYFF Playbook. After they heard about her story when they got back to the news room they decided to do a entire piece on Cassidi on the news as the Ware Shoals Hornets Watergirl. Fair and Tender Ladies is a wonderful novel by Lee Smith. Ivy comes to life with her letters that makes the book more personal, as they bring the reader into her life. I found the book to be a pleasant read.
